OEM & ODM Wooden Toys

OEM and ODM is the part of the business where the buyer has a product in mind rather than a catalogue number. We work with the workshops in the cluster on custom sizes, colours, logo printing and engraving, printed boxes, manuals and barcodes.

The process is simple: send a reference or drawing, we quote sampling and tooling if needed, you approve the sample, we run production and QC. For most wooden toys no new tooling is required — the changes are print, paint, packaging and small dimension adjustments.

Be honest with us about the target market and the target order volume at the start: it changes which workshop we use and whether a custom colour is economic.
