Quality Control
How we check wooden toys before loading: carton checks, finish and edge checks, assembly checks, safety checks and photo reports.
Quality is checked before the container is loaded, not after it arrives. For every bulk order we run a pre-shipment inspection at the workshop: carton count, product finish, edges and sanding, paint and print quality, assembly fit, and packing accuracy against the approved sample.
The inspection produces a short photo report with the findings. If something fails, we fix it before loading — the alternative is a claim after a 30-day sea voyage, which nobody wants.
For baby and toddler products, the inspection includes a specific check on small parts and edges. Test reports (EN71, ASTM, CPSIA) are requested per model from the workshop where available.
